He has overseen facilities programs across portfolios of 180+ locations in up to 14 states simultaneously — managing everything from preventive maintenance and capital projects to vendor strategy, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.

Ken holds the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential through IFMA and has served as Board President of IFMA's Academic Facilities Council. His background spans Early Childhood Education, higher education, and commercial environments — giving KIG clients a level of strategic expertise typically found only inside large enterprise organizations.

Through KIG, Ken brings that director-level capability directly to multi-site operators, ECE providers, and growing businesses that need professional facilities leadership without the cost of building an internal team.
